Shipping and Delivery

Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory and in vitro research by people qualified to handle it. It is not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, not for any therapeutic or diagnostic purpose, and not for addition to food, cosmetics or any medical device.

Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Supernova Compounds is not a pharmacy, not a compounding pharmacy and not an outsourcing facility registered under section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

We ship to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Orders leave from within the United States.

We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to a freight forwarder. We cannot ship to an address where receiving the material would not be lawful, and deciding that is your responsibility before you order.

The address you type is the address we ship to. We do not correct it, and a parcel that goes to a wrong address you entered is not something we can recover.

Shipping is a flat $13 per order, whatever is in it and wherever in the United States it is going. There is no weight band and no zone table, because a small catalogue shipped in one box size does not need one.

Orders of $150 or more ship free. The threshold is measured on the goods total after any discount and before tax and shipping, and it has to be met in a single order. It cannot be combined across orders or applied to one already placed.

The exact figure is shown in the cart and again at checkout before you pay. That is the figure that is charged.

An order is picked once payment has settled on chain, not when it is placed. Crypto confirmation depth varies by coin and is usually minutes.

Orders that settle on a business day before mid-afternoon Eastern are normally picked the same day. Anything later, and anything settling at a weekend or on a federal holiday, is picked the next business day.

Stock is drawn oldest lot first, and each line records the lot it was filled from. Nothing ships from a lot that is quarantined or has failed testing, and that is enforced in the system rather than left to a person to remember.

A tracking number is not a shipment. Buying a label creates a tracking number the carrier will happily show you, sometimes hours or a day before anybody has the parcel. We do not mark an order shipped on that.

An order becomes shipped when the carrier physically takes it. That is the moment we record, it is the timestamp on your order, and it is the moment title and risk pass to you.

You get the tracking number by email when it exists, and it is on your order page. It may show nothing for a while, which is normal.

Domestic transit is typically two to five business days after handover, depending on the service and the distance. Remote and rural destinations take longer.

These are estimates and they are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume around holidays, and a single missorted parcel all move them, and none of it is under our control. We do not refund shipping for a late delivery.

Lyophilised vials go out sealed, padded and boxed. Nothing on the outside of the parcel describes the contents.

Sealed lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for the length of a domestic transit, so orders do not ship cold by default. Store them cold, dark and dry once they arrive.

Damaged, short or wrong on arrival. Email admin@supernovacompounds.com within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the item. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for what happens next.

Tracking says delivered and it is not there. Check with anybody else at the address and look for a safe place drop, then open a claim with the carrier, who holds the scan detail. Send us the order number and the claim reference and we will supply whatever the claim needs.

Tracking has not moved. Give it two business days. If it is still static, email us and we will chase it from our side.

A cart that has not been touched for 30 days expires and empties itself. Prices, stock and lots all move, and a cart older than that is holding numbers that are no longer true.
