Nothing on this site is supplied for human or veterinary use, and nothing here describes what any of it does in a body, because that is not what it is sold for.

If you are looking for guidance on using any of these compounds, this is the wrong supplier. We will not provide it, and staff are not permitted to.

Material arrives as a lot. Before that lot is listed, a vial is pulled from it and sent to an independent analytical laboratory that has no stake in the result. What comes back is a report against that lot number, not against the product in general.

Two panels matter most. Identity and purity by HPLC establishes that the contents are what the label says and how much of the material is the compound rather than something else. An endotoxin assay measures bacterial endotoxin per vial. Where a microbial screen has been run, it is reported separately and is not the same thing as an endotoxin figure.

A certificate is tied to one lot. It is not a property of the product, and a certificate for a different lot tells you nothing about the vial in your hand. That is why every lot here is published under its own number.

• Purity is the share of the material that is the named compound, by HPLC. Our catalogue reads around 99 per cent; the exact figure for the lot you receive is on its certificate, and it is the figure that counts.
• Net content is how much material the vial actually holds. A 10mg label with 12.07mg net means the vial was filled generously, and it is worth checking, because a vial under its label is the failure nobody advertises.
• Endotoxin is reported in EU per vial. Lower is better. It is a contamination measure and not a statement about anything else.

Sealed lyophilised vials keep best cold, dark and dry. Refrigeration is fine for the short term and a freezer is better for long storage. Keep them out of direct light and away from heat, including the top of a fridge and a sunny bench.

Once a vial has been reconstituted its clock starts. Keep it refrigerated, do not freeze and thaw it repeatedly, and label it with the date and the lot number so it can still be traced later. Bacteriostatic water is stocked here for that reason and is listed under Supplies.

One public list. The price you see is the price you pay, and buying more of the same item moves you down a published ladder rather than into a private negotiation. Every rung is printed on the product page before you add anything to a basket, so there is no code to find and nothing to ask for.

Where a price is reduced, the previous price is shown struck through next to it. We do not show a comparison against some other supplier’s average, because that number cannot be checked and a number that cannot be checked has no business on a page like this one.

Orders ship from within the United States once payment has settled. Stock is drawn oldest lot first, and the order records which lot each line came from, so a question about a specific batch has an answer months later.

If a package arrives damaged, short, or not matching what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation with photographs and we will sort it out. Research compounds are final sale otherwise, which is normal for this category and is why the paperwork is published before you buy rather than after.
