Affiliate Programme Terms

Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory and in vitro research by people qualified to handle it. It is not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, not for any therapeutic or diagnostic purpose, and not for addition to food, cosmetics or any medical device.

Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Supernova Compounds is not a pharmacy, not a compounding pharmacy and not an outsourcing facility registered under section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

The programme is open to account holders who are at least 21 and are referring other researchers and laboratories. You take part as an independent party. Nothing here makes you an employee, an agent or a partner of Northstar Capital Group LLC, and you cannot enter into anything on our behalf or describe yourself as doing so.

You are responsible for your own tax. We do not withhold anything, and payments above the reporting thresholds may require tax documentation before they can be sent.

First order. When somebody who has never bought here uses your link or your code, you earn 20% of what they pay for the goods on that order.

Later orders. Every further order that customer places within 12 months of their first paid order earns you 10%.

The higher rate. Once your referred sales pass $10,000 in total, your first-order rate becomes 25% and stays there. It does not fall back if your referrals slow down.

What your customer gets. A first-time buyer using your code takes 10% off that order.

Commission is a percentage of the goods total after every discount has been applied, and before shipping and tax.

That means a discounted order pays commission on the discounted figure, including the discount your own code gave. Shipping is money passed to a carrier and tax is not ours, so neither earns commission.

Commission is earned when the parcel is delivered, not when the order is placed and not when it is paid for. A paid order can still be cancelled, refunded or never leave the building, and we would rather pay you slightly later than tell you that you have earned something and then take it back.

Once earned, commission is shown on your account page as waiting to be paid. Payments are sent by hand on the rail you nominate, so tell us where to send it before you expect it.

An order that is refunded or cancelled after delivery reverses the commission it earned, unless that commission has already been paid to you.

A visitor who arrives on your link is remembered on that device, and an account they create is permanently attributed to you. First touch wins: if they arrive on your link and later arrive on somebody else's, they stay yours.

Attribution follows the account, not the browser. Once somebody is attributed to you, their orders earn for you regardless of how they arrive next time, for as long as the window in section 2 is open.

Codes are never renamed or withdrawn from circulation. If you are given a second code, both keep working, because the first one is already in links neither of us controls.

You cannot earn on your own purchases. That includes buying through a second account, an account in somebody else's name that you control, or any order that reaches an address or an email address of yours. Orders like these earn nothing and count nothing towards a higher rate.

You also may not bid on our name or our product names in paid search, present yourself as us, send unsolicited bulk email, place your link on a site that would embarrass a reasonable person to be listed on, or describe what we sell as suitable for people or animals. The last one is not a marketing preference: everything here is supplied for laboratory research, and describing it otherwise is what turns a research supplier into something else.

Breaking any of this ends your participation and forfeits commission that has not yet been paid.

You can stop at any time by asking at admin@supernovacompounds.com. We can suspend or end your participation at any time, and we will say why.

Suspension stops your links earning from that moment. It does not delete your history, and it does not affect commission you have already earned and not yet been paid, which is still owed to you.

We may change the rates, the window or the structure of this programme. Any change applies only to referrals made after it takes effect. Commission already earned is paid at the rate it was earned at, and a customer already attributed to you keeps the terms they were referred under.

We will email you at least 30 days before any change that reduces what you earn. Updating this page is not notice on its own.

Nothing in this section lets us re-rate anything you have already earned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute belongs in Fairfax County, Virginia.
